   Livingwater is a brand owned and operated in the State of California, United States.

2. Product Use Disclaimer
   Our handshower is designed for residential and commercial bathroom use in accordance with standard plumbing practices. By purchasing and installing the product, you acknowledge and agree that it must be installed properly per included instructions and applicable local codes. Livingwater is not responsible for any damage, including but not limited to water damage, mold, mildew, or structural damage resulting from leaks, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear over time. You assume full responsibility for the use and maintenance of the product. Under no circumstances shall Livingwater be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or costs associated with repair or replacement of affected areas.

3. Returns and 60-Day Guarantee
   We stand by the quality of our product and offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund, subject to the following conditions: The item must be returned with all included parts and accessories. Original packaging is appreciated but not required for a refund. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@livingwaterbath.com with your order number.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement handshower at no cost to you. This does not constitute a warranty. Products are otherwise sold “as-is” without any express or implied warranty of fitness, durability, or performance beyond delivery.

5. Shipping Policy
   We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Livingwater is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Privacy
   We collect only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your order, including your name, shipping address, and email. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, and we do not store payment information. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. For marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of our messages.

7. Eligibility
   Livingwater products are available for purchase by individual consumers, trade professionals, designers, and other qualified purchasers. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, including but not limited to images, product names, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Livingwater and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livingwater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of our product, including but not limited to damage caused by leaks, improper installation, or failure to maintain the product. In no event shall our total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

11. Modifications
    We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
